1. Turmeric
The yellow-colored Indian spice is that the star of each
Indian spice box. Right from healing wounds to curing dangerous internal
diseases like cancer, turmeric is thought to cure almost anything, due to its
anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Additionally, turmeric helps in
boosting immunity.
Effective Ways to Consume Turmeric:

4. Jaggery

by oxidative stress. Additionally, jaggery is rich in minerals, antioxidants,
and other nutrients, that help to keep the body warm and boost immunity.

jaggery after meals daily to enhance your digestion further

• You may also

Along with these immunity-boosting foods, other
fruits and vegetables must be consumed within the day-to-day diet. Moreover,
it's important to remain hydrated, exercise daily for a minimum of 20 to
half-hour, have a correct 7-8 hour sleep, and distress yourself by meditating,
